That’s right! The Rip Curl Pro Search WCT located “somewhere in Mexico” will kick off with round three at 8am this morning (local time) in more flawless perfection.
The secret location known as La Jolla has served up some of the best waves ever seen in Foster’s ASP Men’s World Tour history and today will be no exception.
With the swell backing off just slightly over night it is actually even more suited for extra deep tube riding and high performance surfing.
After the previous two days surfers have been beaming praise for the wave and the event.
Rip Curl has a floating licence so they can move the event every year to a new location – and the move to La Jolla has paid off big time.
For all the LIVE action check www.ripcurl.com/searchwct or www.aspworldtour.com
Heat by heat updates will be available in the news sections while athlete quotes and audio downloads for radio will be available throughout the day in the media centre.
