JOAQUINA BEACH, Florianopolis/BRA (Saturday, November 2, 2013) - New Zealand’s Ella Williams (NZL), 18, has won the 2013 ASP Women’s World Junior Title, besting Hawaiian Tatiana Weston-Webb (HAW), 17, in three-to-five foot (1.5 metre) waves at Joaquina Beach in Florianopolis, Brazil at the Women’s HD World Junior Championships presented by Devassa.

Williams would go on to eliminate recent ASP Women’s WCT qualifier Johanne Defay (FRA), 19, before topping the Kauai talent and her ASP Women’s World Junior marks the pinnacle in her young career.
