Virginian-PilotEast Coast Surfing Championships start Sunday at the OceanfrontVirginian-PilotEvan Geiselman surfs in the finals of the Vans Pro division of the 54th Coastal Edge East Coast Surfing Championships on Aug. 28. 2016 in Virginia Beach. Geiselman beat out local surfer Michael Dunphy, who placed second, to win the competition.
